Escape the Fate screamo, punk ve post-hardcore üzerine yoğunlaşan bir grup. Ronnie Radke Max Green’in yardımıyLa MySpace’te ETF’yi tanıttı. Daha sonra Bryan Money ve Robert Ortiz ile grup tamamlandı. 2008’de Ronnie Radke yerini sevilen b ir diger grup oLan Blessthefall’n solisti Craig Mabbitt’e bıraktı.

12 Eylül’de itibaren, 2006 Ronnie Radke, kişisel sebepler için grubu bıraktı, ve ETF’nin myspace sayfasında bazı şarkı tanıtımLarından sonra Ronnie gruba tekrar geri döndü ve Dying Is Your Latest Fashion albümünü çıkardılar.

Grup 2007 nin Bahar ayLarında The Matches, I Am Ghost ve The Higher gbi grupLarLa turLadı.

6 Kasım’da, 2007 de Omar Espinosa grubu bıraktı.
